Situation:
A national cellular provider has a large field force responsible for servicing the thousands of cellular towers throughout the country. The company was searching for a way to push critical network alerts to the field in order to improve network availability and operations responsiveness.
Solution:
Dativoci developed a custom system that monitors, analyzes and alerts operations personnel to conditions that could cause, or have caused, a network outage. The system is BlackBerry enabled and allows field technicians to input critical status information via their BlackBerry.
Results:
The company saw increased customer satisfaction, reduced network downtime and decreased field technician response times to problems.
