Java-enabled phones allow you to record a “voice note”
which can then be sent over the Internet to an office server. There,
special software decodes the recording and coverts it to text. This
text can then be mapped into a variety of systems or simply viewed from
a Web browser. Voice Notes are a great way to optimize reporting time
because mobile workers no longer need to key in special comments.
