A regional disaster restoration services company was challenged with extending their JPP application from Assured Software to their remote Project Manager workforce. Bi-directional exchange of critical customer account data assures timely insurance claim processing. Project Managers needed the ability to quickly and easily update information from the field, under less-than-ideal situations.
Solution:
- Key account information in JPP is captured by Mobilelink.extend and pushed to the appropriate Project Manager through the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- Users can then review and update data via BlackBerry devices, in or out of coverage area.
- Updated data is posted back through the BES and Mobilelink.extend to JPP for insurance claim system processing.
